Arkansas is ranked 17th among U.S. states in foreclosures, according to a report released Friday by Bargain Network, an online provider of real estate foreclosures.
The report said Arkansas had 1,155 foreclosures in July, down 10 percen diflucan price without insurance from June.
But Arkansas was among 35 states, including Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Indiana, Nebraska, New Mexico and South Dakota, that were trending above the national average for foreclosure activity in the single family residence market. The national average is 85.3 percent.
Arkansas also reported that 8.1 percent of its foreclosure activity was in the land market segment, more than three times the national average of 2.6 percent. Florida (at 6.7 percent) and New Jersey (3.7 percent) rounded off the top three states for total foreclosure filings categorized as “land type” real estate properties, the report said.
