LITTLE ROCK - Deltic Timber Corp. announced Monday that its third-quarter net income fell 96.8 percent to $200,000, compared to earnings a year ago of $6.3 million.
Grant to help CDC build assisted-living center in FC

The St. Francis County Community Development Corporation has received a grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission to help in the construction of an assisted-living center.
The grant, a Community Development Block Grant of $218,120, is for an entrance road, curbs and lighting for the center.
