Washington, D.C. – January 18, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Congressman Bruce Westerman (AR-04) issued the following statement Friday (Jan. 15) in response to the Obama Administration’s plan to halt new coal leaseson federally-owned property:

“The Obama Administration is yet again exercising executive overreach neglecting the separation of powers instead of working with Congress to implement policy reflecting the will of the American people,” Westerman said. “The result will be higher energy prices on Americans already struggling to make ends meet and negligible, if any, benefit to the environment.”
