Lincoln, Pryor, Berry, Snyder Ross Announce $705K to Arkansas Housing Nonprofits
Washington, DC - April 30, 2010 - (RealEstateRama) -- U.S. Senators Blanche Lincoln and Mark Pryor along with U.S. Representatives Marion Berry (AR-01), Vic Snyder (AR-02) and Mike Ross (AR-04) today announced that three Arkansas nonprofit housing developers will receive a total of $705,000 from the Housing Assistance Council to help build 47 self-help, sweat equity homes. The groups will use the HAC funds to acquire and improve land, and then they will work with Arkansas families to help them build their own homes.
